Bika99 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, up to date, and complete. Any false or misleading information may be grounds for account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. bika99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact customer support immediately.
User Responsibilities
Users are prohibited from: using the platform for fraudulent purposes or illegal activities; attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's functionality; using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the services; or sharing account credentials with any other party.
Payment Policy and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All transactions on the bika99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made through legitimate payment methods registered in their own name.
Deposit
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment has been confirmed through an approved channel. bika99 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary depending on your chosen payment method.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with bika99's internal verification procedures. All withdrawals will be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances that require additional review. bika99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.
Unauthorised Transactions
Any transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities will be blocked, investigated, and reported to the relevant authorities. Funds associated with such transactions may be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation.

- The user has engaged in fraudulent activity, manipulation, or conduct that is detrimental to other users;

- There is suspicious activity associated with the account in question; or
- Bika99 is required to do so by law or at the direction of a relevant authority.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, bika99 reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance until the investigation is complete and a final decision has been made.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Bika99 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
